Product verification and validation are essential to confirm that a custom battery pack design meets the requirements specified by our customers. At Custom Power we utilize automated testing systems to perform functional tests on every custom battery pack design during the developmental phase and throughout the NPI process. 

To assure a battery pack design will meet the application requirements,  prototype units are tested to the actual use load current and temperature conditions to mimic the end device usage profile, cycle life testing can also be performed in house to validate life expectancy. 

Custom Power also performs 100% testing of all PCBA’s independently and 100% functional testing of all battery packs during the production process.
